Listen to Parliament

You can listen to Parliament live on the internet during Parliament sitting days. The internet broadcast of Parliament service features live audio of Parliamentary sittings, with text captioning to identify speakers and the stage of proceedings, where possible.

To find out when Parliament is sitting visit the Queensland Parliament website.

Visit Parliament

It's open house at the Queensland Parliament.

Tours are held daily and when Parliament is sitting, you can observe from the Gallery.
For tours and gallery passes, go to the front foyer of the main entrance to Parliament (the old Parliament House building, George Street).

Attend Regional Parliament

Parliament is held in a regional centre once every term to bring the democratic process closer to Queenslanders living in the regions.

The next Regional Parliament will be held in Cairns from 28 to 30 October 2008. For more information visit the Parliament in Cairns website.
